This modern villa is set overlooking the lake at Chateau des Vigiers Hotel, Golf and Country Club in Monestier, South West France. Whilst offering completely independent accommodation to allow for a self catering holiday, it also offers access to all the facilities at Chateau Vigers at resident rates such as the 18-hole golf course and the spa. The villa is just a short walk to the Chateau and all the facilities.

Accommodation

Ground Floor

The main entrance opens into the Living Room which has a large fireplace and is double heighted so feels very spacious and luxurious. There is a seating area with 2 sofas and a coffee table and then a dining area with a large farmhouse style dining table that seats 6. The property has WIFI and Freeview UK television. The kitchen is well equipped and has oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge as well as coffee machine and toaster etc. There is also an additional drinks fridge in the pantry/utility room. There is also a downstairs WC. There are double doors that open from the living area onto the covered terrace that overlooks the lake.

Bedroom 2 and 3 are on the ground floor and consist of;

• Bedroom 2 is a king-size bedroom with views and a door onto the covered terrace overlooking the lake
• Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom and has views over the front garden of the property
• There is a shared family shower room which is ideally placed between both bedrooms

First Floor

There is a mezzanine study area on the first floor with a sofa and desk area.

• Bedroom 1 is on the first floor and is a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower and bath room. It has large windows and a door onto a private terrace which overlooks the lake.

Outside Living

There is a small front garden with private parking for one car. The covered terrace runs along the whole of the back of the property and overlooks the lake, an ideal spot to watch the sunset or the golfers approaching the 18th hole. There is an exterior dining table which seat 6 as well as other chairs and recliners. The garage houses the BBQ and a washing machine for guest use.

And then where do we start..... as a rental guest you will have full access to the Vigiers complex and grounds. This includes free use of the outdoor heated swimming pools, the fitness room at the Relais and the tennis courts as well as access to the other facilities at hotel resident rates. The golf is arranged in three 9-hole loops, giving three 18-hole combinations as well as a 6-hole academy course, covered driving range, practice greens and bunkers. There is a Spa with sauna, jacuzzi, hydrotherapy pool and beauty treatment rooms. In addition, there are 2 restaurants which are a short walk from the villa. The first is "Les Fresques" which is in the Chateau itself and has a Michelin star, the second is "Le Chai" which is set in the old wine making building and is more of a brasserie style dining. "Le Chai" has a wonderful terrace overlooking the golf course and the heated swimming pool. There is also table tennis and billiards.

Chateau Vigiers is set in a beautiful estate with vines and fruit trees, grassy meadow as well at the golf course and swimming pool areas.
