This was the 4th year at David & Claire’s absolutely gorgeous house. We totally love it here. The house is so well equipped, we love the pool, garden room, tennis court. Our family ranges from 20 months to 81 and without exception it has suited us all. Such a great location – we have enjoyed Eymet and eaten at the Italian restaurant on the square every year but also trips to Bergerac, Duras and canoe-ing and karting. Wine tasting this year too but we have also enjoyed slow days at the house – this year the tractor and hay bales next door provided great entertainment. Breakfast from the patisserie in La Sauvetat du Dropt is excellent. Great start to the day – a game or two of Jenga being the perfect end to the day. 5 STARS Claire & David – we’ll be back.

Our first stay in Eymet. We loved it. What a fantastic set up! The house manages to be both beautiful and comfortable – so well equipped and easy to settle in and enjoy our entire trip. We loved market mornings and evenings in Eymet and some cocktails in the square. The kids invented game after game in the perfect pool and then had a movie room for the evenings – it was like someone had thought of everything. And for the adults – gorgeous places to read and share a G&T! Please swim in the pool at night – the stars are gorgeous! The bats are cool. Thank you for setting up and sharing your magical home here.

What a find! Despite a health issue preventing some of our party making it here until the 2nd half of the week, we have had such a fabulous trip. The house is fantastic and so well equipped for all. The children (aged 2 – 10) have made the most of everything – from tennis to Jenga to movies… and we all know that happy children makes for a happy holiday. Highly recommend the cycle shop in Eymet and Canoe Attitude for a fun day’s canoeing. Thank you so much to Claire for great communication – despite being in the UK! We hope to be back very soon.

This is the first time we have stayed at the Manoir but we would absolutely love to come back. We all enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and family BBQ’s in the evening. At night it’s wonderful to do some stargazing and we managed to capture some time lapse videos of the heavens rotating! We loved our little visits to Eymet – the markets and restaurants when we were not lazing by the pool. We managed to go canoeing in the next village and played tennis on the lovely tennis court. Can’t say how much we loved being in the house. Thank you…

We stayed at The Manoir with our 4 teenage children plus two further girlfriend and boyfriend older teenagers. The house was immaculately presented and equipped with everything and more than we had expected, particularly the new kitchen. Even better were the outdoor facilities - all perfect for our large family and their friends . The pool was a delight with plenty of seating and relaxation areas in the huge park like grounds to spread out into smaller groups plus a superb tennis court to keep us all fit whilst on holiday. The family were extremely generous allowing us to use their outdoor speakers and other equipment which made our stay extra special. The indoor barn is a wonderful shady space for family dining or playing table tennis. I would totally recommend this property.
