We love our job!

We have selected for you a holiday rental portfolio of properties we would want to stay at throughout Aquitaine. We understand that choosing the right property for vacation rental can be difficult and time consuming whether your group is large or small so we are here to help.

We are proud to say that;

• We don’t have a portfolio of hundreds;
• We don’t just accept owner’s photos and descriptions

Initially started in the Dordogne area of South West France, we now cover the Lot-et-Garonne, Gironde, Tarn-et-Garonne, Gers and Bearn regions in France. We also have a select number of Chalet rentals in the Alps under “Simply Alps”.

Unlike many holiday booking agents or portals, our “Property Consultants” live here in France so they know their properties inside out but also know the local area as well. All very important when helping you choose which property would suit you and your party.

We personally visit and take on every single property fully. If we would not want to stay there, we do not take it on. Needless to say we refuse many more properties than we actually agree to market. You can be sure that the rental property exists and we have accepted it for a reason!

We visit each property and get to know it well. We photograph it in detail and in addition we create floor-plans for each property to enable you to envisage the layout and how it would work for your particular group.

Your contract is direct with the owner so you can rest assured that you are not paying any extra booking fees, yet you get the extra service of our knowledge of the area and the property, professional photography and elevated photography, detailed descriptions and unbiaised opinions on suitability of our properties for your specific group.

As I mentioned above we do know our properties in detail, but we also know our property owners well, many are now friends, and we know that they will do as much as they can to make your holiday a success.
