This charming Manoir makes a wonderful holiday home for both families and groups of friends. A flight of graceful stone steps leads you to the formal Entrance Hall, though most guests will find themselves drawn to the French doors at the side, opening directly into the heart of the house – the large and welcoming kitchen.

The kitchen and breakfast room, with plenty of seating is fully equipped for convivial dining. A STOVE range with seven burners and three ovens ensures cooking for a crowd is a pleasure. Just off the kitchen is a cosy Snug – perfect for children – while the elegant Drawing Room and comfortable Study provide quieter corners to relax. Both the Snug and Drawing Room offer Freeview UK channels. A formal Dining Room, complete with baby grand piano, sets the scene for special dinners.

The Manoir offers eight beautifully appointed bedrooms, each generous in size, elegantly furnished, and full of character while providing modern comfort.

Ground Floor - East Wing

There is a ground floor wing that houses 2 bedrooms and works perfectly as a family suite as the bedrooms share the shower-room which is ideally located between them. There is also a small kitchen which opens out onto the garden and pool area.

  • Bedroom 1 is a spacious double bedroom with Queen size bed and French doors to the garden.

  • Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom with views over the pool and the back garden.

  • There is a modern shower-room with travertine tiles.

First Floor – East Wing

  • Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with a queen bed which is overlooks the pool area and back garden

  • Bedroom 4 is a large double bedroom overlooking the front garden with a King size bed

  • Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a large family bathroom with roll-top bath, shower enclosure, basin, and W.C.

  • Bedroom 5 is set down a few stairs and has a King-size bed with en-suite shower room.


First Floor – West Wing

A 10-metre heated swimming pool takes centre stage, while the covered dining terrace is perfect for leisurely meals outdoors. This amazing village Manoir is in an ideal location for a fabulous family holiday. The property is located in the village and is just a few minutes stroll to the bastide square with shops, bars and restaurants. Yet at the same time, you have a spacious family home, stunning gardens and an amazing covered dining terrace and heated swimming pool.

The village of Eymet has a weekly morning market each Thursday throughout the year and during the summer months there are additional night markets on a Tuesday and Thursday as well as many other different fetes and celebrations.

The Dordogne riverside town of Bergerac with it's International Airport is just a 20 minute drive north and the vibrant city of Bordeaux with a larger Airport is just a one hour and 30 minute drive to the West.

There are activities to suit all ages and interests, foodies will enjoy the great local restaurants at the heart of France's centre of gastronomic excellence, as well as the wine of AOC Bergerac. The area has been described as the capital of world prehistory, and culture vultures are spoilt for choice with caves, museums and Chateaux aplenty.
