The kitchen and breakfast room, with plenty of seating is fully equipped for convivial dining. A STOVE range with seven burners and three ovens ensures cooking for a crowd is a pleasure. Just off the kitchen is a cosy Snug – perfect for children – while the elegant Drawing Room and comfortable Study provide quieter corners to relax. There is a ground floor wing that houses 2 bedrooms and works perfectly as a family suite as the bedrooms share the shower-room which is ideally located between them. There is also a small kitchen which opens out onto the garden and pool area.

• Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom with views over the pool and the back garden.
