The Farmhouse

This charming French holiday home offers modern comforts while preserving its rustic charm. Set over two floors, the property provides flexible accommodation perfect for family holidays or group stays. There is a private driveway and plenty of parking.

Ground Floor

You enter into the open plan Kitchen and Dining room which has plenty of character with stone walls and rustic wood beams. There is a dining table that seats 9 and the kitchen is well equipped with a range oven, hob, American fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room in the barn.

Through the dining area is a corridor which takes you to Bedroom 1 and the large double height Living Room which opens onto the terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden. The Living Room has plenty of comfortable seating and a TV. There is WIFI

• Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, WC, and walk-in wardrobe
• Bedroom 2: is a double bedroom which is close to a family bathroom which has bath, shower and WC

First Floor

There are three additional bedrooms on this floor

• Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom
• Bedroom 4 is a twin bedroom
• Bedroom 5 is a single bedroom
• These three bedrooms share a large family shower room

There are mosquito blinds fitted on all the bedroom and bathroom windows.

Outside Living

The exterior of this property is beautiful. As you turn off the small country lane, the driveway leads down to the house and there is plenty of parking off to the right. At the rear of the property there is a large terrace that runs most of the length of the property with a dining terrace and BBQ area.

There are comfortable outdoor sofas and several other smaller tables providing different areas ideal for larger family groups. There is a private 8m x 4m swimming pool with travertine terrace, sun-loungers, and parasols. There is a security cover for the swimming pool. The view is stunning and looks over rolling French countryside with an orchard to the left and woodland in the distance. This is the perfect setting for a relaxing French holiday!
