Outside Living
The Domaine is set on the crest of the hilltop with the most fantastic views far across the valley. Thought and care has been given to the design whilst using the historic outbuildings to their maximum ability.
A few steps from the Farmhouse is the Dining Area and Summer Kitchen built into one of the barns. There is a large dining table that seats 12 easily. The Summer Kitchen has a large Gas BBQ, sink, additional fridge and preparation area. There is also a special viewing area to sip your evening cocktail or glass of local wine with views down to the swimming pool and over across the meadows and woodland far into the distance.
The 10m x 5m heated saltwater swimming pool is set prominently below giving maximum views without a neighbour in sight. The travertine terraced surround has 8 recliners, and 4 parasols and 4 deck chairs. The Swimming pool has an electric cover for safety. If you can drag yourself away from the pool there is, in another old cow barn, the boules pitch and the odd cow (don’t worry they are not real). There is table tennis, archery, a football goal, as well as beautiful walks throughout the grounds and local countryside.
The owners live in separate accommodation within the grounds. This is completely away from the accommodation or pool/dining terraces etc and whilst they can be on hand to help if you require, they will offer the utmost privacy and exclusivity of the facilities.
