We honestly had the most fantastic week staying at the Manor and did not want to leave!! As a family trip with 4 children under 9 years old the house could not have been more suited to a large group with so much space to roam inside and out. The pool was perfect, always a lovely temperature and safe for everyone with the easy-to-use cover, we loved sharing family meals out on the beautiful terrace with fantastic views over the gardens. The pictures do not do the house justice, the size of the rooms and grounds were astounding, we really hope to return as this was such a memorable holiday for us all!

It’s a spectacular house with beautiful grounds. A haven for relaxation. The local town of Cognac is lovely, and a trip on the river is highly recommended.

The Manoir is a truly magnificent place to stay. The house is beyond amazing and we spent a very special extended family week together. It is a magical place to stay – beautiful grounds, pool and contemporary house that still managed to keep a ‘French feel’ that soon felt like home! We LOVED it.
